Maturation: 6 months, 50% French oak barrels / 25% new barrels and 75% 1-to-2-year old barrels

Fresh, aromatic, grapefruit, toasted almond. Colour: Pale yellow with glittering green highlights. Nose: The very intense, fruit-forward nose reveals aromas of citrus fruit mingled with pear compote, rose petal and lemon verbena, accompanied by notes of lightly toasted nuts and hints of marzipan from time spent in oak. Palate: A solid attack leads into a mineral palate that is complex, substantial and succulent, with refreshingly crisp acidity. Citrus flavors return on the long and lingering finish.

Maturation: 3 to 4 months in stainless steel tanks in contact with its lees.

Clean and brilliant, straw yellow with greenish highlights and a dense body. On the nose, it is fresh and aromatic. It evokes aromas of wild herbs, white fruit and citrus. Fresh and vibrant with very good acidity, it is a straightforward wine that represents the descriptors of the olfactory phase in the mouth, delivering freshness and smoothness.
