Very bright, ripe cherry red with a reddish rim. Aromas of ripe red fruit with floral hints of violets, blended with notes of oak, such as spice, cinnamon and a touch of minerality. Expressive and intense, very fruity and balsamic on the aftertaste, with a long-lasting, persistent finish.
Pairing: Stews, spicy meat and fish dishes, meat carpaccios, smoked dishes and cured cheeses.

tannins that lead to a long finish marked by the aromas of black fruit and spices.
Pairing: Grilled meat and fish dishes, stews and game. Fantastic to accompany all kinds of cheeses.

Rioja, Spain – 100% Tempranillo – 13.5% ABV

Bright cherry red. Ripe, liqueur-like red fruit stands out, alongside creamy notes, toffee, vanilla, cinnamon and cocoa. Great harmony between the fruit and toasted notes, giving at first a sensation of sweetness.
Pairing: Smoked, red and grilled meats, spicy dishes and cured cheeses..
